chattin with one of my canadian friends--he knows i live in america-- an yea im one fer a;lternate medicines an that anywho friend: http://www.jbs.org/node/7983 friend: your next!  biyu: huh/ biyu: what is it? friend: a fed bill to outlaw herbs, natural supplements and give health can ad inspectors the right to sieze any product they want without any reason! friend: the US will be next if this goes through in canada! iend: be worried very worried! biyu: but my herbs are the ones i grow they cant stop me from gardening can they? friend: yep friend: it will be illegal just like pot friend: with criminal sentences --i didnt cheak the link but i do trust what he sais ya ask me this should be illegal |

biyu some friends of mine are naturopaths and I learned from them that the American Medical Association is pressuring the NC State Legislature to prohibit purchase of herbal products over the counter without a prescription. They also want to force manufacturers of herbal products to out on the label that herbs have no proven medicinal values, and all benefits listed have to be equivocated with terms like "alleged" or "reputed". |

what of freedom of choice?? or the fact people used herbal medicines LONG bgefore tynol was created in a lab an even LONGER before haals started using enough menthol in there coughdrops to knock someone out if they want people to live with lies well hewres where you can start seeing all the colors (collorfull language) im one to opt natural especally now |

I don't think that anyone is going to bother you with your growing herbs as long as they are not the illegal kind. Now a field of maryjane might be a different story! |

based on what my friend said and the fact my mints can be used fer medicinal reasons not just culinary i dont know things may get verry crazy VERRY fast (that friend keeps bringing up an learnin russian if thats any indication)--if he oks it an yall say so ill post the FULL transcript not just that chunk (as we tend ta go ot occasionally) edit he gave permission an mentioned growing garlic could become illegal like i said bull!!! well morelike "@%$#&@% BULL@#$@" so yea (oh note there maybe some collorfull terms from me ill try ta cyut them out but no garontees) whenever yall want say so |
