Today it's $4.19 at the cheap station. Thankfully I don't drive so it's cost isn't killing me. How you commuters are affording this is beyond me. I work at a large home improvement chain and the prices for lumber goods and anything made of metal are skyrocketing weekly! I know, part of my job is changing the price tags.

I paid $3.66 today which is actually down a little bit. We are definately consolidating trips now. We try to wait until we have several stops in a close area before going so we only make 1 trip instead of four.

It's about $3.90 here right now so it's come down a little bit. It always goes up before holidays so I expected that. I'm not doing much driving unless I have to. I don't even go to the stores across town now.

$3.79 this morning when I filled up. I make as many stops in one trip as I can. One thing I am not doing--riding around town just to look at other yards. And that is something I miss.

Saw one place that had $3.72 posted. Should have stopped I guess.

$3.95 here. I'm going to have to raise my service call charge a nickel a mile.

3.94 here today. we also are consolidating trips. The boys are riding the bus much more often, walking, bike riding. No more "mums can we pick _____ up and drop him off". If the other parent isn't willing to either drop off or pick up, which ever, we don't go.

Funny sign.
It's around $4 a gallon here. I don't drive much, so it doesn't affect me much.

This morning I passed a station that was $3.68. Same station was $3.75 yesterday evening so it's going down a little- not for long I'm sure- something will come up and give them an excuse to bump it back up.

I've been trying to cut back on driving whenever possible- went back to full time hours at work so I could carpool with my hubby again instead of driving two vehicles to the same area every day. Hubby's truck burns E85 which runs between $2.50 and $2.80 here so that helps. I didn't realize how much of a bite it was taking out of my budget until the last couple weeks !! With both of us driving to work we were spending almost $200 a WEEK on gas !!
