I bought a small container of lemon thyme and am growing it in a pot.

When it finally grows, how will I dry it for the winter?

From reading the other posts I think your plants sound much more leafy than mine.

Could someone please describe the leaves to me.

Thanks,
Denise

Hi I have some. The leaves are green and yellow show yellow varigation. The smell is wonderful. I use dry mine on top of the fridge on paper towels for use
in the winter in soups stews and chicken dishes. I hope that helps.

Oh I forgot the leaves are tiny and the stems are woody. Just pick off a stem put it in the soil water it in and it should root easy.
