I have found some of those horrific red beetles on my lilies. What do I do to get rid of them? It doesn't have to be organic or all natural. I have no problem using chemicals!!!

Do you mean spider mites? The teeny tiny ones that have infested this golf club?

Hi, I have had these lovely red beetles for the past few years on my stargazers. I use an insecticide made by Bayer. Can't remember the exact name of the insecticide but you can buy it everywhere. It will keep them away for a while. I usually have to spray the plant twice a season. Make sure to keep an eye of them or they will ruin your lillies.

I remember hearing about those. Aren't they called lily leaf beetles?

Oh dear, I just made a topic last ight on this also, same nasties are attacking my lillies and leaving their poo on the bottom of the leaves. Iam considering uprooting and discarding them totally then burning hte ground they were planted in as the eggs are dropped into the soil and mutate
