Looking for a small tree, please help!

Hi, I recently moved into a ground floor flat with a small front garden. I would like to plant a small tree but I am struggling to find one. I was hoping to find a tree that will not grow much bigger than 2 meters as I do not want it blocking out sun. I also would prefer if it wasn't too bushy as I don't want it to dominate the space. I would be very grateful of any suggestions. Thanks! |

What is the sun there - full/partial/shade? Would a shrub do as well - your space requirements may make it difficult - and any suggestions I have would be from 'over the pond'. A local nursery might help? Welcome to GG - maybe someone in your neck of the woods will pipe in... |
