Does anyone know a good technique for drying herbs? Are electronic dehydrators any good?

You can just put them in your oven for3-4 hours on a low temperature. Check on them and turn if needed.

Some you can do in the microwave too and some are best air drying.

I hung mine up-side-down in the garage. It was dry in a week.

Another way to dry herbs is to put them upside-down in brown paper bags, fold the top over & place them in the attic or even in the trunk of your vehicle...anywhere it is dark & warm. You can place the bag on top of the fridge towards the back where the warm air comes up. Sunlight tends to discolor & take away the fresh taste. Microwaves work too.
