A long time ago I dare to ask a chef for his burgers recipe. I thought probably he was not going to tell me, but he did! Now I like to share it with you all!
Ingredients: Ground sirloin, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, extra virgin olive oil.
Mince the herbs, add them to the meat, add olive oil. Form the patties without kneading much, just the necesary to give it form. Salt and pepper to taste. Grill, add whatever you like and eat. Very simple. The chef told me that breadcrumps absorb the fluids from the meat making it harder, thats why he use olive oil. He also said that it's not necesary to knead the meat because its already groung. Try it and let me know.
