Last summer, a friend and I took a road trip up to Harpers Ferry and Gettysburg (he and I are Civil War buffs). I must say, Harpers Ferry is one of the nicest places I've ever been to. Attachments:      |

We only live a half hour from Gettysburg and Hubby is a big history fan, so, anyway, we spend a lot of time in the Gettysburg area. We have done the bus tour twice now, ha. It is a good place to take company. We can make a day trip to Harpers Ferry, so that one will be on the list of to does this summer. We are going to Williamsburg for 4 days next week. It will be my second time there but the last one was about 26 years ago. |
