went back home, but the house we had lived in (close to the City) had been bombed so she took me to this other house where she lived with my youngest sister, who was a baby when I left and a strange man who was my new "Dad" He was a horrible man,we were scared to death of him.my older sisters came home at least 2 or more yrs later, he was the same with them,he abused me & at least 1 other sister, luckily they moved when they were old enough, I left at 16 & stayed with an Aunt in another town, this is where I met my future husband.I married at 19,we had 2 sons, then came to the States, had 2 girls. worked till I was 71, have 6 grandchildren 3 boys, 3 girls.love them all.(oh also my 3 dogs!)My husband died 10 years ago.He had a bleed in the brain when we were on vacation,we were about 3 hrs away from home. Doctors said we could not go home,he had to have a "procedure"done or he could die on the way home.the "world renowned" surgeons botched it,the catheter they inserted burst, my hubby was paralyzed, blind, almost died.we found out that one of the doctors wasn't even licensed in this state,& in the file found papers saying it was an experimental program & we were volunteers. Finally after 4 weeks they let us go home,he lost 40 lbs,in local hosptl he died the first night.we sued, took 8 yrs! |

Welcome from the south central part of Kentucky. I'm a real life hillbilly and I love gardening and making friends. I hope you find Garden Guides to be your primary garden site for information and just pure enjoyment. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell ![]() ![]() ![]()
