Help!!!! seedlings

 I am having a problem starting my seeds indoors. they do well in the beginning but no matter what kind of seed i am starting they grow so tall then fall over and die, any suggestions?

They are either striving for light and/or getting too much water. Not enough light will cause them to grow upward looking for it and too much water will cause them to rot and bend over and break at ground level. |
