garden activity for my patients

My question to anyone who would like to respond, do you have any suggestions for my patients for a garden activity? What I did last year was find a plant and focus on it...talk about what is is called, the color, etc. I wanna get a little more deeper, or shall I say, keep the patients coming back to the group with some exciting ideas.
