Do you know anything about Zephirine Drouhin Climbing Roses?? I see them in one of my Park Seed books. Just wondering if they are as great as they sound. How do you know how many to buy?
maybe this is the wrong place to post this,,SORRY

Never feel bad about posting anything here glad to help. I love roses and yes get that rose, it is very prolific and smells good too. If I remember it is one the older type roses been around for sometime they just improve on them.

I have a musk rose called Pauls Himalayan climbing rose and it smells so wonderful and you get lots of blooms!! So go with either one and your space is what you should decide to go with , I love my climbers by my front and back doors. but I never put the same rose close by each other unless your building a long rose arbor..

hope I helped some

I want it the vining 4 o'clock cause nobody else has it and its a vine reason enough for me LOL
we all grow 4 o'clocks but to have one that vines would be pretty cool in my old growing book!!

never feel sorry about asking questions LOL this is how we all learn. I do ask some hard questions is probably why I don't get alot of replys from time to time!!

I have been given 4 O'clock seeds I didn't realize they were vines... However I cannot find out anything about them in my books ? Are you sure that is the original name of this plant?

The ones that I mentioned are not true 4 o'clock like the one's
you have. the other ones are a nicknamed variety of the botanical
name Acleisanthes obtusa as it vines..
