sounds like somethin my uncle would like do you know how to make mome made relish with jumbo cukes?? maby if you took that recepie added jerk seasoning of sorts then tweaked till ya liked it oh i cant resist but wheres the salt???(JOKE) |

I had some at a party once and actually had the recipe, but lost it  I think it has some sort of fruit in it? Anyway, thought I would give it shot! Just in case someone knew

Check out recipe #232531 on www.recipezaar.com. It has the ingredients you're looking for, but you may just want to chop fine and omit putting everything in the food processor. Then you would have "relish" and not "paste". |

well i talked to my uncle an he said its just jerk seasoning or the like (he likes different foods and happens to work with someone thats from jamaca im by no means sayin hees an expert tho) |
