The site invites one to choose an avitar - how? I've click and clicked on the symbol, but nothing happens. It's not like I really wanted or even thought of creating an Avitar, but once invited to I thought I might as well! |

If you want to use your own personal avatar, you need to click on "Photos" in your profile. Look to the side and click on "Create an Album." It kind of just guides you through it. You then select " add a picture." You will get a pop up box. Hit "browse." It will take you to your "My Pictures" on your PC. Click on the photo you want and it will "upload." Then click okay. That pic will be added to your photos on your profile page. Click on pic. To the side you can then click on "Use as Avatar," or something very similar to tht. It's pretty self-explanatory from there. Once you've done it a couple times, it becomes quite easy. There is probably a better explanation of how to do this, in one of the forums. I'll go try to find it really quickly before I sign off, and I'll post the link here. |

It said something about clicking on settings first, but I think you can also do it the way I described. http://my.gardenguides.com/forums/topic/33127 If you still can't do it after this, then I'm sure someone will come along tomorrow who knows more than I and can explain it better. |
