I worked on a small farm for about ten years (through high school and college), were I got a major green thumb. But I haven't seriosly gardened for five years now. Last year I bought a house here in NJ, and I spent the year just seeing what flowers would come up and watching sun patterns. The house has a mature landscape (it's actually a state historical landmark), so I didn't want to inadvertantly damage any hidden gems. But now that I've seen it for a season I'm ready to explore the house's full potential. I look forward to discussing gardening and seeing photos of other people's gardens. Quote \| Reply \| Report
