My church is starting a community garden (150'x75'-----approx 11000sq ft). We have a garden tractor we could put hitch on and use sleeve hitch or 3 point tools.
At this point, I'm looking at other ways to get close to the same result. Self propelled tillers were suggested. I want to know if the tillers can do this:
A. do top down tilling
B. plow crops under and prepare seedbeds.
C. Can the tillers do row crop cultivation?
1. How wide can row crops be between rows?
2. How many rows can be cropped ?
3. How high do the from bottom to top?
Are there other features yours has that would be benefical to use in deciding tiller against plowing?
What is the best tiller fitting most of the above description?

Welcome Rbig to the GG website. I don't have an answer for you but I think if you go to the Introduction site and let everyone know you are here that would be another way to get answers.
