Noodles?? Noodles?? What noodles??

I just baked more cookies! They look great! I used another recipe completely, because it did not require a trip to the supermarket.

Talk about an easy recipe! I am waiting for the second batch to cool and then I'm going to taste them. My husband has already tasted them and says "they're great!"

Oatmeal Cranberry Flaxseed Cookies. Zero effort required. If anyone wants the recipe just ask me and I'll type it out.

I just had one. Nice and soft. NOT crunchy. "Airy" almost. I did what you said and made them a heaping tablespoon size (2" apart on parchment paper) and I only baked them for 10 minutes. Perfect.

See what happens when you have no garden and it's grey outside?!!!

I dug out my old oven thermometer (which led to me emptying the entire cupboard that I hate the most in my apartment! I've got everything stacked in the living room now, awaiting bigger boxes to pack the stuff up in. My living room is sooooo(not)attractive with a million cardboard boxes sitting in it). Oh ya, back to my reason for telling you about the oven thermometer: I checked the oven and it is dead on 350! I was pleased.

Glad your temp was just right Nana, half of the battle is to have the correct oven temp.
