I am looking for an outdoor spot to get married on October 4, 2008. We would like some place in the Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody area north of Atlanta. We would like a garden or a park. We're even considering using a private garden (because I know some folks have beautiful backyards) but we don't know anyone like that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks everyone! |

Get married next to the Big Chicken in Marietta, Ha Ha. Welcome. The location is not as important as is the spouse. That's the real secret to a successful union. Take that from a guy who got lucky. Sandy and I will be married 51 years on May 4 th. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell PS. Congratulations |

Welcome,gg, to one of the best garden sites on the web, you might not find a place to get "hitched" here but you sure can find a bunch of good folks. John (married 45 years) |

Congrats on your upcoming wedding. I imagine if you check with your local home extention office they may have a list of people who have garden spots for weddings or know of parks that allow that kind of thing. Since you are from Atlanta, do they have a botanical garden there? Asking around should give you lots of options! Welcoem to GG! |
