Chance needs a home! He is a Boxer/Lab about 8-10months old. He has had his first round of shots and needs boosters in a month. He has not been neutered yet. He weighed 40.5pounds and the vet said he looked awesome. I'm willing to drive a few hours to bring him to the person who would like to adopt him. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I will have a questionnaire that you need to fill out before I give him to you and you will have to agree to get him neutered (I may also get him neutered before getting him to you) and there is an adoption fee. He was left outside 24/7 with no shelter, in the rain, in the cold, even in freezing temperatures and during the ice storm we had in December. He is skiddish and needs someone with patience to help him blossom and get him out of his shell. He is very sweet and he loves being loved on and loves to be close to you. He is very laid back and getting more confident every day. He is not completely house broken yet because he has never been in a house until this week. We are working on it and he's making great progress. He hasn't had an accident in the house and he's starting to sit by the door. He does great with kids and he's doing great with my dog. He ignores the birds I have, but he barks at the cats and the rabbit. With time, he may be able to live with the cats. He doesn't seem to bark as much at them. He's been with me for a week now. Please repost this where you can and let's find him a great home. I can't keep him because I am at the city limit on cats/dogs already. Attachments:   |

Deidre, I really hope you find that baby a good home.I wish I didnt have so many animals as I am only 2 hrs from you, Im near Joplin, Mo. But if I even suggested it my husband would have a COW. Or maybe a bull. Good luck and thank you for doing that. Its nice to see that people care so much. |

He is a sweetheart that's for sure! I can't keep him either because I'm at the city limit. He'll make someone a great loyal dog. |

What a beauty! Wish I could take Chance. Have you posted at Petfinder.org? If not go to the site. Click on Classified Adds then pick "Adoptable Pets (not in shelters)". Place an add there too. |

Not yet, since he's listed with the boxer rescue, I think they are going to get him on there, on the regular part. I'm going to ask to make sure. They also are going to get me a deal for the neutering. |
