http://www.biltmore.com/ If you have never been to the Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, NC,you do need to make plans to visit. Check out the website above and start dreaming. The pictures just don't tell the story. Wonderful place and I hope to be able to go back again. We have been over the years maybe 4/5 times. The pictures below were taken in late April I believe. I have only seen them on TV but my Mother has been there and would go back in a minute she said. Thank you for sharing. |

And the inside of the mansion is incredible, as well! Seems like I may have posted some pics of it last summer somewhere, but I can't remember where or even for sure if I did. |

Found it. Only 2 pics. One of the outside with the Blue Ridge Mountains towering in the background and one of the incredible dining room. Pics don't do it justice. |

I visited last year at the end of April. It was sad because the late freeze had taken out most everything. I would love to go back. It is very interesting. The gardeners there will stop and talk. The house even has a swimming pool inside, but the icing on the cake is this massive back porch with wistiria everywhere with a breataking view of the mountains. Definantly worth the trip. |

I'd love to go there someday. I don't know which aspect I'd like to see the most. I think treeman took his other half there for their honeymoon or anniversary. Something like that. |

I have been to Biltmore twice, it is a most spectacular place. Christmas at Biltmore is a must to see, everything is so elaborately decorated that it will put one right in the Christmas spirit. |
