HELP with new house plant

But I couldn't pass up a great deal so here I am. It is an "Indian Rubber Plant" or ficus elastica decora "Burgundy" as the tag says. It of course came with the very basic of care instructions. Makes me proud to be a Clemson Master Gardener. At least we are told our name is going to change to specify the U of Clemson partnership instead of each county using its own name.
