Hello, everyone! I have some bougainvillea cuttings I got on Sunday from several bougainvillea plants. The bottoms of the stems have been soaked in water ever since (It's Tuesday night here now). Do I just plant them directly into the soil, or should I wait for them to root? Should I remove all the leaves or not? What else should I do and not do? Thanks. |

Gato, I moved your thread here to the correct forum and sent you a PM. If only I knew the answer to your question too! |

Thanks, Sweetlebee... Sorry about posting in the wrong directory. I was rushing. |

Hi Gato, I'm not sure about bougainvillea in particular, but in general you want to wait until there are roots. I just found out the hard way last week with my Passion Fruit vines. :-( Good luck, Robert |
