I have friends that blog on another site. They have a good seed swap forum. Several of them got together by internet like Garden Guides and started a 'box' of seeds that gets mailed from one of them to another. Each person can take out what they want but they have to replace it with the same number of packets. It goes round robin between the people that sign up in advance and eventually goes back to the original sender. Of course you end up with a whole different box of seeds. And you never know what you will get in the end. You are supposed to add different seeds so that there are never the same type at any time.

Any one Interested? Send me a PM if you think it might work? If you do I will check with my friends here for all the details. Linda B from SC

Can you use seed packets if you don't have any seeds to offer?

Sure! Why not? Does anyone else see a problem with this?

ok, well...I have a question (and I LOVE the idea!) What about seed value, I know some things, like Leopard Tree can be worth WAY more than some catnip or chives, for example. Are we talking about an honor system?
