Wow! Tomatoes are tasty! I harvested some of mine and made some in salads, harissa and sun dried tomatoes. Now I don't know whether the winners are the onions or the tomatoes

I don't know of any of my organically grown veggies that taste better than the grocery store bleh stuff. Tomatoes especially, squash both summer and winter are another. The taste is much richer.

Everything! Nothing like a sun warmed tomato...sugar snap pea...fresh radish rinsed in ice cold water. Pull up and early sweet onion and peel it and eat it right there while weeding or watering. I could never choose which is the best!

Yes - I realised that choosing the number one vegetable is hard. Maybe we should have a top 10 edible garden list - although this is also quite difficult!

I would have to go with salad greens and fixings. I love taking my basket out every evening to pick stuff for a great dinner. I am experimenting this year with corn salad, cilantro,and a four variety mix lettuce.
