Here's a smoothie recipe for anyone who thinks they would like it. 2 cups of ice 1 cup of vanilla yogurt 2 cups of strawberries 2 cups of pureed watermelon Blend 15 to 20 seconds on high Enjoy! A friend of mine in her 80's is recouperating from Pneumonia and she's dehydrated. The doc told her to eat grapes and watermelon. I'm going to send this recipe to her daughter.
