Send me an address and I will send you some! If you are not starting till next summer you may need to remind me. They don't winter over, even here in Arkieland. So when you are ready let me know. |

does anyone know if you can bring some water hycinth inside during the winter? I've had an explosion of them out of only 3 plants. Have 5 koi ponds and they are almost all covered. would like to save a few.ok maybee only 2 or 3. |

yes, i live in iowa. Maybe its just easier to just buy a couple next year. But what do you do with them at the end of the season? I started with only 3 small plants, I have 4 small koi ponds and another that is 9x7, and they are all covered with the hycinth. the koi love to hide under them. |

We always compost them because they really dont weather well unless you have a greenhouse. They are usualy only a few dollars a piece here and you dont have to buy but maybe 2. The will fill up the space you have so quick we have had to compost garbage bags full in past summers so that we could still see our fish. |
