Car dehydrator?

An herb lady spoke at a women's meeting I attended and mentioned that one way you can dehydrate them is to put them in a brown paper bag and stick them in your car on a hot day. Check periodically because depending on the plant's moisture some take longer than others.

She also said when you dry something with a wonderful smell it will linger awhile so choose carefully.

She's a new neighbor of mine down the road and also sells herbs, jelly, and she and her husband both lecture on them in different states.

I thought I'd pass that on.

hmm this may or may not be a good idea if you're on a diet. lol
