These just bloomed this week, do you know what these are?

The first one looks like bee balm, the second one looks like a squash and the last one is a wild geranium.

Is 3 an obedient plant?

Treeman-they are the only ones in my garden. So I think they are obedient.

The one plant that is thought to be a squash plant is in a weird spot. Should I pull it? Its in the front yard behind my holly bushes.

That's your call but it is only going to get BIGGER. How well do you like squash?

1st - As stated, a Monarda variety (Bee Balm).

2nd - Squash seems as good any at this point.

3rd - As stated, a Physostegia virginiana variety (False Dragonhead, Obedient Plant), probably a white variety as the pink varieties bloom later and may not be in bud yet.

4th - Looks similar to a Geranium, but seems like a Malva to me, likely moschata (Musk Mallow) or similar species.

In this kneck of the woods the pink uns are about to burst bud
