There are a variety of edible flowers that make good tea. I kind of like rose tea, which I was first introduced to at a nice restaurant I sometimes go to. I also make my own teas from wintergreen, mint, and chamomile. I don't bother drying my plants before making tea out of them. There really isn't a need to dry the plants unless you want to store a lot of tea ingrediants for a long time. Personally, I just get what I need from the plants when I need it. |

Rose tea- just like any old tea, steep the pedals Passion- With passion tea, you want to steep the actual flower heads. You can dry them, or not. Not a big deal. The only reason I have trouble bringing myself to stick those flowers in tea is because the fruit grows from the old flower heads. But I do like Passion flower tea. |
