Hi all, I am a Sports/Relaxation Massuer looking to grow my own Arnica. Can anyone help me on how to acquire and grow it. Thanks for any suggestions. Adrian

Hi Arnica, and welcome to GG! We will need to know a couple of things to help you out, are you wanting to grow in Pots, or do you have some space in the ground to grow? What Zone are you in? How much do you think you need to produce? That will help us help you a lot more!

I guess that arnica is an herb, what is it used for. I have never heard of it before.

Its an anti inflammatory used for muscular aches and pains

Arnica -- i know its used for cooking -- smells good. My grandmother used to have it around our kitchen -- i think i still have some here -- will check. Yes its used for healing -- a medicine here is called that -- will let you know more as soon as I get some details from the older folks who uses it -- maybe my mother..

aint there a space in seed/plant swap?? id wager youre more likely ta find there an as fer the zip code that could be ANYWHERE in the south im in the midwest i know my zip an reconise afew around here --53 an yea--
