Lucky for me I didn't send my wife out shopping for it....no telling what she would have found. Fortunately I just bought a wheelbarrow.... Picked it up yesterday in San Marcos (TX) and got to drive it all the way back home (nw of Houston) thru the bluebonnets.....well, not literally THRU the bluebonnets....but it was about 200 miles. A great way to break it in.:animorang Attachments: ![]() |

I'm a car guy, altho I live in Texas and the Suburban is the defacto official vehicle (I think there are at least a dozen on our block alone....). But not for me. No horse apples......ever! And what is wrong with Suburbans, I love them. WE have 5 of them. My dream is to own a 1990 Suburban someday. Your new car is nice but I am for the anything in the 50's - 70's look. But I still like you wheelbarrow though. |

Boys and their toys!!! Gotta love a new car - I used to drive ONLY new vehicles, until we were able to buy our company van. As long as it can hold plants, gardening tools and a set of golf clubs, it keeps me happy. Enjoy your bonding with your new toy - it would turn my head if you drove by me! |

I don't know if I'd want something as big as a Suburban. It probably wouldn't fit in the driveway anyhow. lol We'd either have to take out a big maple by the driveway or part of the front porch. lol My Blazer is nice though. It's not a '77 International Scout 2, but it sits up high and I can get out of snow if I over compensate coming in the driveway and end up in the yard. That's a sharp car. The flowers are beautiful, too. |
