I had great success with my canning, and freezing this year (my first year at it). Mostly in tomatoes. I would like to do more. In particular I would like to can cherries, peaches and pears. I have found instructions re: the peaches and pears, but very little re: the cherries. It seems as though it is such a short season and I would like to extend it.
Any old canning hands out there have any help?

Check out this site for good info...I have both canned and frozen sweet and sour cherries in the past. Good luck!
