raspberry hot pepper jam

anyone have a recipe for a raspberry hot pepper jam or jelly?

Yes, first I have some quick questions. Fresh or frozen raspberrys? Try to buy some Ball No -Sugar pectin follow the fresh raspberry jam recipe and add 1 minced hot pepper (to your taste-- if you like HOT,,add 2 minced hot peppers). Process as the package instructions suggest.
I started using the Ball No- Sugar pectin this season and I'm very pleased. It will still gel without many cups of sugar. If the raspberrys are a bit unsweet, try adding one cup of sugar to the mix.
The mix of raspberry and hot pepper sounds neat!!

they're frozen. came from my grandfather's bushes though.

I don't have a recipe for it but it's great on crackers with cream cheese or with chicken or pork like a dip.
