Try to buy some Ball No -Sugar pectin follow the fresh raspberry jam recipe and add 1 minced hot pepper (to your taste-- if you like HOT,,add 2 minced hot peppers). Process as the package instructions suggest. I started using the Ball No- Sugar pectin this season and I'm very pleased. It will still gel without many cups of sugar. If the raspberrys are a bit unsweet, try adding one cup of sugar to the mix. The mix of raspberry and hot pepper sounds neat!! Quote \| Reply \| Report
