Hi all,
I just read somewhere that not all annuals and perennial flowers like fertilizer.
I use Miracle grow on everything.
So could you all tell me which flowers do not like miracle grow?
Thanks

no book or site will tell you specifically what flowers and plants like Miracle-Gro and which don't, Charlene. do some research online to see which of your plants prefer fertilizer of any kind or don't need fertilizer. Miracle-Gro is a pretty basic all-around fertilizer. it's a great foliar fertilizer and shouldn't hurt any plants if not overly applied. i know most common annuals like it a lot.

I use the Miracle Gro folar spray for my flowers and Compost tea fer things I intend to eat. I do mostly container gardening.

If the Miracle Gro works fer ye. go fer it!!!

Charlene, what they mean is that with some plants, if you give them too much fertilizer they'll grow lots of foliage but not have many blooms. Like morning glories. Cosmos is another one that is better not to fertilize much. The best thing to do, as Foz suggested, is to look up the plants individually and it'll usually mention the fertilizing preferences.
