I found this perennial plant on clearance and couldn't resist it. It has pink flowers and variegated leaves. Unfortunately the name tag was missing. Could someone please identify it.....thanks.

The difference is that my flowers are pink instead of white. Might be a hybrid. I like the combination of the leaves and the pink flower. |

It could be either Gaura lindheimeri Sunny Butterflies or Gaura lindheimeri Bijou Butterflies. I would guess do to color of blooms, Sunny . It seems from what I can tell online Bijou has a deeper pink bloom. They haven't made it to my nursery centers yet- but when they do,I'll be getting some. I love Gaura. |

Probably Gaura lindheimeri 'Passionate Rainbow' (PPAF). Not the easiest to find, but many garden centers carried it for '05 and this season. |

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I checked them all out. It is definitely a gaura. I think it most closely resembles gaura passionate rainbow. It seems like it is going to be a really nice plant. I'm really glad that I got it. Thanks again.
