This is something that has grown out of a butterly garden seed mix I planted Spring 05. Naturally, I did not save the package. It did not flower last year - just grew big leaves. Is it a coneflower? [ATTACH]76226[/ATTACH] Attachments: ![]() |

Yes, it is. Not sure of the variety. I don't think it's completely opened up yet. |

looks like it might be a white swan echineacea .. you'll know better when it has fully opened |

Yes that is a coneflower. I have grown very fond of coneflowers, I only have one that I started from seeds it is purple and really pretty. I think I will try and get some other colors of the coneflowers. |

Yes, definitely a coneflower, congratulations. They are my favourite flower. It looks yellow coloured right now but may turn out to be white when mature. Please post another pic when it's fully open. Love them! |

I will post a picture this weekend....but....it looks to me like it is pink.(?) Will it get more purple (not fully open) or more white? |

Looks like a purple that didn't quite make it. I have never seen a pink. Of course there could be one out there. |
