Hello:

I'd just like to take a moment to introduce myself to all of you.

My online name in wan2hav.

I love to garden..and have flowers and vegetables. I am a city dweller so everything is wel l planned out..because of my space requirement.

I do a lot of pickling and canning of veggies and fruits..and have for many years.

I found this site trying to identify a flower for a friend...but I found it so interesting that I hope to become a regular. The give and take of the gardeners here is great. I also belong to a Hibiscus site.

I look forward to talking to you all in the very near future !!

The neatest part of all this info between friends is learning how other gardeners cope with weather, and soil and the regular "in's and out's "(and pout's) of being a dedicated plain dirt gardener.............Our gardens are like our children sometimes.........coming in all sizes and shapes...perplexing, rewarding,..........teaching us patience., and giving us hope that next year it will be even better.............welcome to our world! Hey wan2hav. Glad you found this site. I found the Garden Guides site looking for a simple list of flowers, ideas and help through articles on plants to grow and happened to notice the forum option. Now I've found friends, and only being 23 I've been able to get amazing advice from some awesome people. I'm learning stuff I never would have dreamed of in gardening, and stuff that I had only heard about they've expanded on for me with their experience. Awesome group. Glad you found it.
