:banana-wa Hello from Ontario, Canada. I'm Linda aka Crafty Gardener. I love gardening and crafting of all sorts, hence my name. My gardens have mainly perennial plants, exept for my "pot garden" where I grow lots of colourful annuals. Another of my hobbies is my personal website where I've got lots of info about plants, collecting seeds, recycled art for the garden, needlework crafts and more. We have had a really hot and humid summer so far in my part of Ontario. A plant that I fell in love with a couple of years ago is canna and I'm slowly adding to my collection. I also love lilies .. day lilies, oriental and asiatic ones. Your forums look interesting and full of good information. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hello Linda and welcome to the boards! I've saved you're link so I can go back to it later for more in depth browsing. Looks very interesting. I too love the lilies you've mentioned and am working on adding more to my yard. I'm also into needlework crafts so it seems we have a few things in common! (but wild birds are my passion )

Hope you enjoy your time here.

Welcome Linda from a fellow Canuck and Ontarian!

We're crazy about gardening here......and just a tad bit plain crazy too.....but hey....you have to be or you go nuts. LOL I'm a crafty person when I find time to mess about in my many hobbies. Sounds like we have allot in common already.

If you like daylilies, make sure to check out the thread, "It's daylily time" that showcases MaxBaer's daylilies. A-mazing. I've gotten a lot of laughs and information out of this group already. I enjoy some crafts, but not too creative so most of my stuff is pretty simple. lol Just bracelets and walking sticks when I find the right tree limb.
