Good evening! I have a flower that I took several pictures of at Bellingrath Gardens in Theodore, Alabama. No one seems to know what it is. I have a close up pic and an overall view pic. Does anybody know what this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :redapple: |

The violet wood sorrel looks similiar, but I can't tell if it has the same leaves. This flower has been driving me crazy since May. :evilB: |

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. :greenappl I have 4 different pictures of this flower. They are in large format in my Flickr album. Here is the link: http://www.flickr.com/photo s/76699331@N00/sets/72157594188897529/ Just click on the thumbnail, then click "All Sizes". That will blow it up to the original file size. I called Bellingrath Gardens today and left a message for the lady who is supposed to be in charge of the displays. I'm hoping she might be able to tell me what this is, if she remembers. arty09:

Woo hoo! I apologize for the back to back posts, but I am so happy! The lady from Bellingrath Gardens called me back. She said my mystery flower is bacopa. They grow it there at the gardens. I am so thrilled! I have all my flower pictures identified. For now. arty09: arty09:

Ah, bacopa. I wsa viewing it way off scale. I didn't realize the flowers were that tiny. This is what I'm used to seeing bacopa as: ![]() http://www.bgardens.com/al5plpg/images/Bacopa%2 0Blue%20Dream.jpg |
