No pic but its a weed I am sure. Looks like a teeny morning glory and changes colors throughout the day. White to pale lavender to pink. And 15 minutes later back to white? Never seen anything like it in my lifetime. I willtry to get pics.(have honey take pics cuz I was just there on a fluke Friday) but I pointed them out to Bryon and he was as confused as I was. Flowers changing color in front of your eyes...lol. The leaves look like sweet clover.

Yep that's definitely it. Oh well, it's not in my yard, just a property we manage. Thanks Foz.

It's not too hard to get rid of in the lawn. Sprayed my lawn with a weed killer (ortho?) and got rid of it. I have it in the flower beds on one side of the house and I cannot spray there so hand weed it out. It's a pain.

My sympathies Maria! The side of my house had them growing in a mat and nothing else in there. I cleaned it up and planted and the following year I had tons of it twining it's way up my new plants. Can't stand the stuff. An elderly neighbor had it so bad it pretty much choked her whole garden. I recently talked her son into digging out the beds to get rid of the majority of it. (he's a really great guy) and he's been digging it up by hand since. It looks alot better.

IS THIS BINDWEED or something else?
Moonflower/ Morning Glory?

Sure takes over and chokes the life out of things..need a good sharp tool to cut it! No thumb nail is breaking this vine*LOL

moonflowers are typically white, Kale. the flowers of bindweed are small...approx. 1" or less. how big is this bloom?

Looks like a morning glory to me. Bindweeds are lighter blue, not purple. They work great on a fence or trellis with no trees or plants around, but as you said, they will strangle almost every other plant they grow near.
