Plants that root in water

Hi. I'd like to know which plants you all have had success with rooting in water. It's much easier to me than keeping pots watered. It takes up a lot less space,too.Thanks! |

Lantana, vinca vine, sweet potato vine, California ivy and fuschia all root in water. |

Gardenia's root great in water for me collect my cuttings put them in a gallon galss jug keep a check on the water level and in a few weeks lotsa new plants |

some cactus will: Christmas, night blooming ceris (sp), chain cactus to name a few. Sometimes roses, impatients, begonias, pothos, spider plants, verbena. Lots of other things I'm not thinking of right now. trudy |

Thanks! I have had success with Lantana ,also, as well as Basil,Turk's Cap, and many houseplants. Keep posting those suggestions ! Any success rooting Angel's Trumpet in water, anyone? Suzanne |
