Rescued begonis

I went to an out of the way nursery yesterday and they were clearing out their left overs. I got these begonias for .50 each. I cleaned them up and repotted them. I've never had much luck with begonias so wish me luck with these.

shoot! and i was going to ask you how to grow these! my son's gf gave me a beautiful tuberous begonia as an indoor plant and i immediately killed it...somehow.

I got one on clearance earlier this spring. He went outside with the rest of the houseplants and is doing wonderful.

Foz, I'm not sure about inside but they do like shade when outside and love to be fertilized once a week in summer. Also they hate to be watered until on the dry side. Maybe you overwatered.

You did good. I love to catch those deals on sad plants. I usually have great luck with them. Looks like you are off to a good start.
