Hi, here are 3 pictures of a shrub/tree growing along the lot line. It blooms in a very small scented white flower in clusters. Any clues?

Thanks Caz. I've never seen a berry on them and they don't seem invasive - no suckers or anything. Pruning them has made them bushier. I trimmed a few limbs out that were haning on my property (about 4 feet) and it grew back really nice this year. Japanese Deciduous Privet Ligustrum obtusifolium looks like it. Probably just cutting all the berries off of it after it blooms.
