Thanks, Crabber can i get your opinion on the plants dead center on the second set of pics in front of the green wire basket. Are these weeds ? They seem to have a tuberous root which makes me think i might have planted dahlias but i be darned if i can remember. |

Any thoughts on why things won't climb up my mimosa arches? They are knobby, and i was wondering if i should sand those off or cover them with something.Maybe wrap them in twine? I was hoping it would be covered by now. I have black eyed susan vine on some and cukes on another, but they wont grab on. They actually seem to be repelled by them. Are they poisonous? Michelle |

I thought i would post some more recent photos of my gardens. Some things are doing great and others are pretty much done. The stacked planters have filled in nicely. The hydrangea is finished blooming. The vine is climbing up up up. And the pond is holding its own. Attachments: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Welcome red ranger to gg. Those are mimosa limbs, they look cool but things won't grow on up(climb on) them. They seem to actually be repelled by them. Maybe next year when they are good and dead something will, but nothing this year. Yes i thought they were creative and artsy, thank you, but turns out not to functional at this point. Michelle |
