Seems like a bean seed is a bean seed.. You may not get more plants from this seed / plant, but maybe from it's seed's U'll get plenty to re-plant next yr.. What's the differance from a bean plant/ pole or bush or red ?? or scarlet runner beans... One plant is one seed. My guess is that from this one plant U should get many / from it's seeds ... I've grown those fer projects before. They are fun! WE used to plant about 4 in a Qt jar. filled with wet paper towels. The bean is put against the glass and ye get to watch it sprout and grow. If it's put in a large enough container it should grow bloom and have a few bean pods. Then ye could plant those and watch them grow.
