:broccoli: Hi, everyone! I like using 'natural' nutrients for my plants when possible. Always bury peelings & other kitchen discards in flower beds. What other cupboard ingredients are useful? Anything good for roses? Thanks all!

I have put banana peels all around my rosebushes this year and they seem to be doing much better. I also use teabags. I dump the used leaves out of the gauze bags out under my roses. Good luck. |

Adding 1/4 cup of epsom salts to the roses around March is a good idea. It's really getting a little to warm right now in some areas. Not sure that I would recommend it. I would wait till Oct or Nov or you might risk burnin the roses. |

I use miraclegro for a lot of my plants, for the roses I Use Bayer all in one rose care. Not to crazy about foliar feeding for the roses though, I hate burn spots. |
