I just planted over 100 dahlias I plant them about a foot apart and most of them are dinner plate size about 5ft tall and need tied to keep them from falling over some are patio size and planted about 8 inches apart dahlias drink lots of water but don't like wet feet be very carefull you can get hooked on dahlias enjoy your dahlias they are great ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Garden Bear [URL="http://www.littlebossbear.com"]http://www.li ttlebossbear.com[/URL] Attachments: ![]() |

How many tubers do I set in each hole?? The package does not say but the picture they show looks like a few are put into one hole. |

What kind did you buy? the patio type are smaller but still get about 2' tall and 1' wide. Others are hugh 5' tall and need 3' of space. I usually leave about 3 feet in between my patio dalias. |

Briarwoods, one dahlia tuber per hole, set at least 2 ft apart, or 1 tuber to a pot if you plant in pots. |

I saw Dahlia plants at the garden center yesterday. One of the most stunning things I ever saw! HUGE! They wanted $24.99 a pot LOL |
