How to plant Dahlias question

I just planted over 100 dahlias I plant them about a foot apart and most of them are dinner plate size about 5ft tall and need tied to keep them from falling over some are patio size and planted about 8 inches apart dahlias drink lots of water but don't like wet feet be very carefull you can get hooked on dahlias enjoy your dahlias they are great

How many tubers do I set in each hole??

The package does not say but the picture they show looks like a few are put into one hole.

What kind did you buy? the patio type are smaller but still get about 2' tall and 1' wide. Others are hugh 5' tall and need 3' of space. I usually leave about 3 feet in between my patio dalias.

Briarwoods, one dahlia tuber per hole, set at least 2 ft apart, or 1 tuber to a pot if you plant in pots.

I saw Dahlia plants at the garden center yesterday. One of the most stunning things I ever saw! HUGE! They wanted $24.99 a pot LOL
