Hi ![]() Please can someone inform me which herbs is useful in the treatment of high blood pressure...I was told that Thyme is greatly suited for this but I cannot confirm this... |

shoofly, PM brassi. she knows her herbs. she might be able to answer your question. i know they say [B]garlic[/B] is great for high blood pressure. |

There is no convincing evidence that herbs will lower blood pressure but garlic is the most promising. Lifestyle change is the best way to help lower high blood pressure. Increase your green vegetables. Salt intake needs to be reduced as well as caffeine and fried foods. If you smoke try to quit and start and exercise program that is to your level. This should be done under a doctor's supervision of course. |
