Ingredients: (mix and match your favorite veggie combos)
red pepper, chunked
yellow squash, sliced
large vidalia onion, cut in chunks
new potatoes, quartered
prepared all natural honey dijon dressing
marinate veggies in honey dijon dressing in a container for a few
hours or all day. grill in grill basket until cooked through and
sightly charred with grill marks. Remove from grill and toss with
additional dressing if desired and serve over brown rice or make a sandwich out of it using crusty bread.
