Gardening without Guilt I loved the article in today Oregonian. Basically it says plant what you like and forget about the Gardening Snobs. I totally agree there is no right or wrong in gardening its just a matter of preference. Of course I believe us town people have to be considered of our neighbors when planting a front yard landscape. If my neighbors took out their lawn and planted a wild meadow, it would totally be out of place and I might have a nervous breakdown. Have a great Day! |

I also believe that you garden to your budget. Some can afford to spend more than others. I garden to my budget, I am on a pension, if I could I would have a different garden with gardeners doing everything to my beck and call. But that is not to be, so I do the best I can and use the resources that I can afford. But I love what I create.(even if sometimes it doesn't work out the way I planned at the beginning). |
